And what a beginning! From the bottom of my heart I want to say a big THANK YOU, to those of you who braved the lure of the Memorial Day week-end this past Sunday (May 27th) and showed up to spend a little time with the Living With Grace family for the first in our Lifestyle Choices / Honest Dialogue series.
It was a great success and I was moved by the openess and sincerity with which what I shared was embraced, as well as by the thoughtful questions and comments. It was a wonderful “New Beginning” attended mostly by supportive friends who willingly journeyed with me to my past as I induldged them in the major health issues and emotional events of my life that led me to the discovery of the World of Wellness.
A world that beckons us all to take control and unleash the Power within that will allow us to become the healthy people we want to be.
Here I am sharing five things we can do to jumpstart the process.
1) read ALL food & beverage labels (incl. organic)

2) support local food campaigns like farmer markets, food co-ops,etc.
3) eat more green & deeply colored vegetables & fruit (in that order)
4) refrain from drinking beverages with more than 10 grams of sugar
5) eliminate meat from your diet one day a week (i.e.meatless Mondays)
I’ll delve deeper into each one of these and how to achieve desired results Sunday, June 10,2012. The best thing about these tips is they’re Free, all it cost is a personal committment and will to Do It.
Sunday was a HUGE learning moment and personal victory for me. I got the opportunity to not just keep talking about sharing information about health and healing, but to actually Do It!
For those who weren’t able to attend, we’ll be doing it again, Sunday June 10th, same time, same place, 345 Lenox Ave., 2 - 3:30 pm. We look forward to seeing you there.
My job is to make sure we’re all exposed to the hidden information in hopes action will be taken to monitor the degree of abuse to our bodies so we can begin to heal them.
